You've heard the song "the freaks come out at night"... well, it's that time for Freak Fest 2008, where the sexy freaks, ghouls, lovers and party goers will be out all weekend long.  Come join some of the most fantastic people in this lifestyle, as we celebrate it Two Creeks Way.

Come dressed from mild to wild; from sexy to scary; let your imagination go.  Depending on the weather, get totally undressed.  After all, this is a clothing optional campground.  You can wear as much, or as little as you like.

It doesn't matter where you are in this lifestyle; you can be a newbie or a veteran; you can be curious or wild.  This event is for you.  We'll have people who are swingers, non-swingers, bi-sexual, into fetish, BDSM, voyeurs, exhibitionists, nudists and others who just like the freedom that this campground has to offer. As you're well aware, all attendees must be over the age of 21, and absolutely no children are allowed on the property.  It doesn't matter where you are on your journey, come on out!  You'll be accepted, and you'll have fun.

So come  join us at this totally secluded, 100 acre clothing-optional campground, 100 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul, nestled between the Nemadji and the St. Croix State Forests, just east of Sandstone, Minnesota for a Halloween Party that's unforgettable.  During the day, you may ATV on the trails; go fishing on one of the many lakes close by; just stay at the campground socializing, mingling, saving your energy for the dance later that night, or  do nothing.  It's your choice; you're free to do whatever you like.

The environment will give you the freedom that you want. You can express yourself in whatever manner you desire, as long as it's not forced or coerced upon others.

You're considered a member for this event (see reservation form), as long as you belong to a lifestyle/swinger's club, online group or community.  This is a unity party to bring everyone together.

The cost is only $35 for the weekend per couple/single*, and includes FREE camping for the night, plus dances on both Friday and Saturday night.  You don't have to camp to come to the campground.  You may just come in to mingle for the day, and/or just stay for the dance each night.  It's your choice.  Staying overnight will allow you to relax, knowing that you don't have to drive afterwards.  Remember, staying over night in a tent, trailer, your car, van, staying with an old or new found friend, etc., is absolutely FREE.

It's a campground, so bring your own libation (liquor, soda, etc.), and whatever food you wish to eat. There is a general store/cafe about 1/2 mile away, in case you forget something, or don't want to cook.  On Saturday, we'll have a potluck dinner, so do bring something to share.

How To Survive Swinging

As some of you may know, Glen and I have been involved in this lifestyle for about 30 years. We have met ton's of wonderful people, a few idiots, and a select few who don't belong on this planet!!! In our many discussions with couples who are curious about the hedonistic lifestyle a question was posed to me that made me think long and hard. The question was "How Do You Survive the Swinging Lifestyle"?

Glen and I have had the same experiences that many of you have had and probably some that you will experience in the future. Our basic rule is respect for others AND for ourselves. If you treat others with respect, you will get respect back (unless they are the interplanetary folks I mentioned earlier). However, it goes even deeper; remember we are talking about exchanging partners and the emotions. So anyway here goes... remember, as with anything in life, things don't always apply 100% to your situation, but we hope that you can get helpful guidance from our "few" words.

Communication between you and your partner is of the utmost importance. Glen and I can tell each other anything, without feeling nervous or concerned with how it is received. One may not always like what you hear, but wouldn't you rather hear it than find out later or from someone else? You need to talk out your feelings. If you are new, this is especially important to your relationship. You will happen upon occasions where you may not want to party or you feel jealous. This is normal. Express your feelings to your partner, do not hold them in!!!. Communication is the foundation to any relationship. As we tell everyone, a good relationship will blossom in a Hedonistic Lifestyle, a bad relationship (which will sour anyway), will definitely become problematic. Do not ever try to use swinging as a way to heal a bad relationship.

Always be courteous to people. Even if you are new or shy, just a simple hello can open up doors. You don't have to be flamboyant, but this is a time to challenge yourself just a bit.

When the feelings of lust creep over you, always be conscientious of the feeling of all people. There's nothing wrong with asking, but being pushy is a definite turn off. In any case of attraction, make your desires known and continue to be friendly. Dance, talk, discuss, flirt, etc., but NEVER assume (remember it will make an ASS of you). When I see a person that lubes my crank, I flirt good-naturedly and make my intentions known as the evening wears on after talking and determining compatibility. Believe it or not, I am actually kind of shy at times!!!

Some people think that because we run a club that we are always "pumped to pump" and do nothing but party. We do enjoy the same pleasures as any red blooded pervert, however we do like to space our activities. We keep our family in the TOP PRIORITY. You can't enjoy this lifestyle if your home life is not happy. If you neglect your family for this lifestyle, it will eventually catch up with you. We have seen too many times where people use their milk money to attend dances, conventions or parties instead of taking care of their children, and we do not understand it. We can only feel for them in such situations. Keep your family the top priority.

There is a social aspect that you must deal with outside of the dances. Since this is a friendly lifestyle, you will make many associations and friends. Be careful of gossip. Yes, they exist in any corporation, family, card group and swing organization. Never dwell on the negatives of anything you hear from a "friend" or a friend of a friend. If you dwell in the gossip chambers your name will come up associated with things you may have never said or done. These "reliable sources" have so much information that they get it all mixed up and there you sit in the middle, hurt and wondering why. If we ever have a question about someone, we ask them directly, (that is if it is any of our business anyway), if it isn't, we don't worry about it!!!

The hedonistic lifestyle relates parallel to our spiritual beliefs. I believe God does not want us rolling on the floor telling the Divine how we are unworthy dirt and scum. We are all beautiful replicas of the Divine Spirit, each sent on individual missions for the common good of the Spirit. My God is perfect, and everything on earth happens for a reason, in which the wishes of the Divine are all that counts. And the Spirit definitely has a sense of humor. (Just look at us!!!). Live a good life, don't hurt people and believe in your personal God. I don't want to preach, so I'll move on...

So there ya have it!!! I'm sure I could easily fill up another page with thoughts and reflections, however, I'd like to keep some space open for sex (grunt, grunt). We hope these words have helped you. As I said, this is not 100% for everyone and is not meant to be. It is a conglomeration of what I feel makes Glen and I a happy, loving couple, who will stay together forever, and enjoy the wondrous fruits of life.
